Big River Country is 12 Central British Columbia fishing resorts & hunting lodges which form the Upper Nechako Wilderness Council. We have rainbow trout & kokanee still-water fishing, salmon river-fishing, moose and bear hunting, canoeing, naturalist guided hiking, holistic health and wellness services and winter wilderness adventures such as snowmobiling, ice-fishing and snowshoeing. These are all available in the Upper Nechako Watershed: south of Vanderhoof, north of the Blackwater River and east of North Tweedsmuir Provincial Park.
